Entry Requirements for Admission to the Postgraduate Program
in the following specialties:

• 01.05.04 – System Analysis and Optimal Decisions Theory;
• 08.00.11 – Mathematical Methods, Models and Information Technology in the Economy;
• 08.00.08 – Money, Finance and Credit;
• 08.00.04 – Economics and Enterprises Management (by economic activities);
• 08.00.09 – Accounting, Analysis and Audit (by economic activities;
• 23.00.02 – Political Institutions and Processes ;
• 23.00.05 – Ethnopolitology and Ethnic and State Studies.

Postgraduate program tuition fee:
Extramural course – 6000 UAH per year;
Full-time course – 6000 UAH per year.
Persons, who completed Higher Education and obtained Specialist’s or Master’s degrees are permitted to enter the full-time and extramural postgraduate program.
The entrance examinations are allowed for the applicants who passed the compulsory interview with their prospective scientific adviser and received a positive evaluation of the submitted paper on the future research theme.
Required documents for admission to postgraduate program:

1. Application addressed to the Rector.
2. The certified form from the personnel office of the institution where the applicant works or studies and two photos 3х4.
3. The copy of diploma of higher education with the copy of exam marks.
4. Abstract about the chosen specialty.
5. The list of published scientific works and inventions (if they exist).
6. The certificate on the passed Candidate’s examinations (for those who passed).
7. Copy of the 1st,2nd,11th passport pages.

Admission examinations in a major, foreign language and Philosophy are held on 22-30 of June and 1-30 of October. (Exam fee – 350 UAH each).
Persons, who are allowed to take admission exams to enter postgraduate program are given a leave for preparation and taking exams according to the current laws. On the basis of the exam results and after the contract conclusion applicants are admitted to the course by the Rector’s order.
Extramural postgraduate students are provided with accommodation in the dormitory and have the right to work part-time according to the current laws.
Full-time postgraduate students who successfully carry out the individual training plan can use privileges of their enterprises according to the current laws.
By the Law of Ukraine, postgraduate students of all studying forms have the right of military service deferement for the whole studying period.
Full-time postgraduate course is 3years, extramural postgraduate course is 4years.
Postgraduate classes begin on the 1st of July and the 1st of November 2009.
The fee for attachment to the Department in order to prepare and write the Candidate’s dissertation is 4000 UAH per year.
The fee for taking a Candidate’s degree examination is 800 UAH.
The Candidate’s degree examinations are held twice a year in April and November.
To prepare for above-mentioned exams postgraduate students can attend the scheduled classes and consultations which are held at the corresponding Departments.
